The Delhi Master Plan introduces the concept of Land Pooling for the first time. Delhi Development Authority's ambitious new Land Pooling Policy was notified vide Notification S.O. 5220(E) dated 11.10.2018. DDA is now planning to reach out to landowners in Delhi's urban extensions and inform them about the benefits of the land pooling policy.
The portal was launched by the 5 February 2019 for registration. The last date for closure of this portal which was started for six months was earlier 6 August, but later it was extended to 6 September. Divided into five zones N, P, K-1, L and J, this policy is divided into about one hundred sectors.
